Prevention saves lives. The best way to know your breasts is to check them regularly. Follow these steps
Use the pads of your fingers, not your fingertips.
Move in small circular motions, covering the entire breast from your collarbone to your ribcage and from your armpit to your sternum.
Do it once a month, a few days after your period (pick the same day each month if you don't have periods.)
The key is noticing what's normal for you-tell your doctor quickly if something changes.
Call to schedule your appointment or just walk in!
